"Vivodina lies in the county of Ozalj. Ozalj wraps itself around the Slovenian city of Metlika, separated by the Kupa river border of the two countries. I have transcribed 130 years of marriages and 30 years of births of Vivodina."
"Many of the surnames of Vivodina ocurr on both sides of the Croatia/Slovenia border. I am trying to collect all persons who were born in or descended from Vivodina. I have over 3000 names on disc and I am adding more all the time."
"I am also researching surnames from the Senozece and Postojna areas of Slovenia. Following are some of the surnames of these two areas. Perhaps a dozen of them are from Slovenia - the balance are from Croatia."
"You will see several spellings of some names. These are some of the variant spellings I have found in my research.
