Ellie graduated from Brigham Young University with a double major in Family History/Genealogy and Russian. While at BYU, Ellie completed a genealogical internship in Moscow where she worked at a genealogical research company. Ellie currently works at the FamilySearch Family History Library as a German/Slavic research specialist and as an Eastern European researcher at Legacy Tree. Ellie enjoys teaching at conferences and sharing her love for family history.
